Marion Co., KY fatal collision, occurs at, Sun., Nov. 11, 2012 Joseph Raikes, Loretto, KY, dies after being ejected from 2006 Dodge truck By TFC Billy R. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - Tpr. Joshua Dicken is investigating a collision that occurred today at 1amET, Sunday, November 11, 2012, 5 miles north of Lebanon on KY 49. 26-year-old Joseph Raikes of Loretto, KY was traveling north on KY 49 in a 2006 Dodge Truck when the vehicle dropped off the shoulder of the road. Raikes lost control of the vehicle, exited the roadway and traveled over an earth embankment. Raikes was not belted and was ejected from the vehicle.
