Vernon Allen Grady, 71, of Louisville, KY, died Saturday, November 3, 2012 at his residence.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 1pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.



Vernon Allen Grady, Adair Co., KY (1941-2012)

He was born Friday, January 17, 1941, in Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late Ember and Justa Strange Grady. He died Saturday, November 3, 2012, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 71 years, 9 months and 17 days.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and a sister, Ember Grady, Jr., and Josephine Grady.

Survivors include:
  • Two children: Shaveka Bonds of Alexandria, VA; and Little Sky Grady of Louisville, KY

  • Nine grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends
