LWC names three new trustees; new student services chair

COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson College Board of Trustees welcomed three new members and a new committee chair Thursday, October 25, 2012, at their fall committee meetings.

New trustees named to the 37-member board were: the Rev. Paul A. Fryman of Bowling Green, KY, who is senior pastor of State Street United Methodist Church; Kendall Sewell of Somerset, KY, who is president of the LWC Student Government Association; and Joseph E. Sparks of Breeding, Ky., who is an LWC alumnus and an environmental biologist. Fryman and Sparks were named to a three-year term, and Sewell was named to a one-year term.

Also on Thursday, LWC trustee Amanda G. Main of Louisville, KY, was named chair of the Student Services Committee. A 1997 LWC alumna, Main is a senior attorney at Louisville-based Brown-Forman Corp. - Duane Bonifer
