Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton and Columbia Mayor Mark D. Harris will proclaim today as Vietnam Veterans Day in Columbia/Adair County, KY, in a ceremony open to veterans, the public, and the media, at 9amCT, in the basement of the Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The photo above is at the Veterans Memorial at the Adair County Fairground, taken by VFW Commander Joe Hare shortly after the POW/MIA flag was added. The proclamation to be signed is at right.
