The Real Thing: Sand Pie, the signature dessert at Betty's OK Country Kitchen, was made famous all over again today when a customer wrote to the Louisville Courier-Journal that it is the best she's ever tasted. The photo in the Courier-Journal is of a pie made from the recipe. This is a photo of the Real Thing.
