Dr. Smith asks about school building maintenance About: My own opinion: Ralph Waggener on the tax To ColumbiaMagazine.com: Ralph, I understand your feelings and I'm not going into the for or against issue, but I do have a problem with the obvious negelect this building suffered. Are the other buildings in danger of becoming deteriorated into the same condition? I just can't understand that we have an issue like this building and basically no knowledge of it except the need to tear down and rebuild. I sincerely hope that if this new building is built that proper funds are withheld in the budjet to maintain all of the structures of all the school buildings. s/Roger D. Smith, DMD This story was posted on 2009-12-11 04:51:15
