Election 2010: 40 candidates have now filed Click on link for: Complete Election 2010 Candidate List There are now five candidates for the Republican nomination for Magistrate in Adair County District 7, in the seat now held by Republican Terry Hadley, with the filing Monday of Steve Foster, in a field which also includes Billy Franklin, Lonnie McAllister, and Billy Rowe. A primary race has been set up in District 3, with Richie Melson challenging incumbent Republican Magistrate Sammy Baker.
