The thing of trying to date the picture might be referred to Maxine Walker or maybe even Larry Walker. I notice it is before the addition was put on the south end of the building. The color of the cars does not seem just right, color photography was not what it is today. I don't remember cars of that era being so colorful, is that my memory or were they not that coforful.
