Mr. Netherland was a training manager of Meier. He was a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyteran Church

Steve Netherland, 53, Campbellsville, KY, died Thursday, September 10, 2009, in Louisville, KY.

The funeral service will be Sunday, September 13, 2009, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY by Rev. Earl West and Rev. J.C. Greenwell. Visitationwill be after 5:00pmET, Saturday, September 12, 2009, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.


Pallbearers: James Archie Cowherd, Lloyd Henderson, Bill Netherland, Hugh O'Brien, Barry Sapp, and Ike VanDyke.

Steve Netherland of Campbellsville, KY, son of John D. Netherland and Barbara Cox Netherland, was born July 10, 1956, in Taylor County, KY. He died at 5:20pmET, Thursday, September 10, 2009, in Louisville, at the age of 53 years, 2 months.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

He had been employed by Meier as a training manager.

He united in marriage to Bonnie Walls September 15, 1979.

Besides his wife, Bonnie Netherland of Campbellsville, he is survived by the following:
  • One daughter: Katie Netherland of Campbellsville, KY

  • Hs parents: John D. and Barbara Netherland

  • One brother: Terry Netherland of Elizabethtown, KY

  • Maternal grandmother: Allene Cox of Campbellsville, KY

  • Aunt and uncle, Lloyd and Charlotte Henderson of Elizabethtown, KY

  • And many other relatives and friends
