L.E.A.D. graduation, Chief Harris show, highlight Chamber Picnic The annual Columbia-Adair County Chamber Picnic will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2008, beginning at at the Roadside Park on Hwy. 55 South. A meal will be served at a cost of $5.00 per person, payable at the picnic. Entertainment will be led by Mark Harris, Chief of Police, City of Columbia. L.E.A.D.
