Chamber awards nominations deadline is March 12, 2008

Special ColumbiaMagazine.com story

Ballots for nominating people for the Chamber Awards that will be given at the Chamber Banquet are due to the Chamber office not later than 4:00pmCT on Wednesday, March 12, 2008.

Those who are nominated consider it an honor, even if they don't receive the award. By having a lot of people nominated means a larger attendance at the banquet.

John Hindman, Secretary of the Economic Development Cabinet in Frankfort will be our guest speaker. We need to have a huge attendance at the banquet which will show him we are interested in Economic Development and we want industry to come to our local Industry park on Campbellsville Road.

There are a lot of people in our community that deserves to be nominated. Please participate by getting your nomination form turned in to the Chamber office. Remember the deadline is 4:00pmCT Wednesday, March 12, 2008. -SUE STIVERS, Executive Director, Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce. Phone (270) 384-6020.
