Nacho and Garfield coming to Columbian Friday

Starting Friday June 30th we have 'Garfield 2: A Tail of Two Kitties'.'Garfield 2' is rated PG and will play nightly at 6pm and Sunday at 2pmonly. 'Garfield 2' stars Jennifer Love Hewitt, Breckin Meyer, Bill Murray,Lucy Davis, Billy Connolly.

Also playing this Friday is 'Nacho Libre'. 'Nacho Libre' is rated PG-13 andwill play nightly at 8pm and Sunday at 4pm only. 'Naco Libre' stars JackBlack, Hector Jimenez, Troy Gentile, Moises Arias, Lauro Chartrand.




Garfield 2: A Tail of Two Kitties: *Synopsis* When Garfield follows his owner, Jon Arbuckle, to England, theU.K. may never recover, as Garfield is mistaken for a look-alike, regal catwho has inherited a castle. Garfield savors the royal treatment afforded byhis loyal four-legged subjects, but his reign is in jeopardy. The nefariousLord Dargis is determined to do away with Garfield, so he can turn thecastle into a resort. Garfield's bigger, better, more purr-fect world issoon turned upside down in this tale of two kitties.

'Nacho Libre': *Snyopsis* Nacho is a man without skills. After growing up in a Mexicanmonastery, he is now a grown man and the monastery's cook, but doesn't seemto fit in. Nacho cares deeply for the orphans he feeds, but his food isterrible--mostly, if you ask him, a result of his terrible ingredients. Herealizes he must hatch a plan to make money to buy better food for "theyoung orphans, who have nothing" (and if in doing so Nacho can impress thelovely Sister Encarnacion, that would be a big plus). When Nacho is struckby the idea to earn money as a Lucha Libre wrestler, he finds that he has anatural, raw talent for wrestling. As he teams with his rail-thin,unconventional partner, Esqueleto (the Skeleton), Nacho feels for the firsttime in his life that he has something to fight for and a place where hebelongs. As Lucha is strictly forbidden by the church elders at themonastery, Nacho is forced to lead a double life. Disguised by a sky bluemask, Nacho conceals his true identity as he takes on Mexico's most famouswrestlers and takes on a hilarious quest to make life a little sweeter atthe orphanage.
