Little League Basketball signups start Sept 14 From Daniel Hedges Signups for LL Basketball and Cheer will be from September 14, 2026, to October 14, 2026. Forms will be available at Downey Eye Clinic, 1463 Campbellsville Rd, Columbia, KY. I will do in person signups from 3pmCT to 5pmCT on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and Thursday, October 1, 2026, in the Lobby at Adair County Elementary School, 870 Indian Dr, Columbia, KY. Please fill out forms correctly when signing up. The rates for multiple children include any mixture of cheer and basketball. Payment can be made with cash or a check made payable to Adair County LL Basketball. I do not accept electronic payments. Evals will be done the week after signups end. That announcement will come. There will be one night offered for each grade, and failure to make the eval will result in best placement possible. Kel and Hunter will do these, and they do not have time to offer multiple nights for everyone's convenience, nor does anyone else. Teams will be assigned in late October, and coaches will be in touch. I will not be assigning teams this year, nor will I entertain any communications about placement of players. I have delegated this duty this year. I am still looking for team sponsors. $200 for a team. Logo put on all team uniforms. Contact me at daniel.hedges@adair.kyschools.us or (270) 634-7202. I have a Facebook under my name used as a bulletin board for announcements this year. It is for game and cancellations and important dates such as these. I limit comments and any messages are posts that get into the social media nonsense-airing of grievances- will result in blocking of the person.
