Letter: Holmes Bend Marina

Diane Wallace writes:
My first encounter with Kelly Caldwell was when renting with George Rice. Later, my sister, Carol Peasley told me how wonderful Kelly was and did I know she operated Holmes Bend Marina. George Rice confirmed this and encouraged me to 'see for myself', which I did. As a family, we rented a cabin several times and took my mother there for several days to celebrate her 90th birthday. We took plenty of photos so she could relive those memories.

Holmes Bend Marina is is now my own 'go-to' because of the beauty and tranquilty of another part of life. Our family is now down to me and my sister and we continue the tradition of spending time at the Holmes Bend Marina.
