Rissa Gayle Perry Santana, 70, Adair County, KY

Charissa "Rissa" Gayle Perry Santana of Columbia, Kentucky, daughter of the late Charles and Wanda Perry was born on July 5, 1956 in Quentin, Kentucky.

She departed this life on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at her residence having attained the age of 70 years and 23 days.


Rissa especially loved her fur babies - Oreo, Bubby and Smokey.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Jason Busby (Jessica Dunn); one sister: Micah Sullivan; two nieces: DeShanna Miller and Taryn Ballard; one nephew: Chad Perry; plus a host of other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Ernest and Betty Gardner and Bud and Iren Perry.

There will be no services at this time.
