KBC Blood Drive on June 23 There will be a community blood drive from 1pmCT to 5pmCT on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the Columbia Church of Christ Fellowship Hall, 501 Jamestown Street, Columbia. KBC is commemorating the United States Semiquincentennial with its "Red, White and Blue Bell" celebration. As a thank you for their civic engagement, donors at this drive will receive a "United We Give" T-shirt and a voucher for a free pint of ice cream - an American staple - from Blue Bell. All items are while supplies last. Blood donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health, show a photo I.D. and meet additional requirements. Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. To schedule a donation, visit kybloodcenter.org or call 800.775.2522. This story was posted on 2026-06-17 10:48:23
