Randy Corbin, 62, Columbia, KY (1960-2023) Randy Jay Corbin of Columbia passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was 62 years old. Funeral services will be held at 1pmCT on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with Rev. Paul Patton officiating. Burial will follow in the Bearwallow Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 4pmCT until 8pmCT, and will continue on Saturday morning until time for the service at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Masonic Rites will be held at 7pmCT on Friday, and the public is welcome to attend. He was born on May 21, 1960, in Hamilton, OH to the late Bill Corbin and Annette Burton of Columbia, KY who survives. Mr. Corbin was a member of the Egypt Christian Church and past Master of Hood Masonic Lodge #839. He enjoyed fishing, University of Kentucky Basketball and spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren. In addition to his mother Annette Burton, he is survived by his wife Sara Edwards Corbin of Columbia, KY; three children Mathew Corbin (Tracey), Mason Corbin (Jessica) and Ashley Froedge (Frankie) all of Columbia, KY; four grandchildren Braylee Corbin, Ethan Froedge, Molly Froedge, and Jada Stotts; two siblings Debra Corbin of Columbia, KY and Kevin Corbin of Port Richey, FL and several nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister Lisa Cowan and sisters-in-law Ginger Corbin and Mary Margaret Blackwell (Keith). Pallbearers will be Tommy Edwards, Troy Young, William Corbin, Leo Abner, Ed Streeval, and Woody Sharpe. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Roy, Troy Kimbler, Brian Hargrove, Fred Corbin, Toby Young, and Billy Pickett. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
