Kentucky Proud Cooking Workshops at Extension Office

On October 21 and 28, 2022, at 11amCT, the Adair County Extension Office will be hosting a Kentucky Proud Lunch & Learn. Participants will learn hands on how to make a Kentucky proud recipe, one recipe per session.

On Friday, October 21, 2022, we will be making Chicken and Veggie Stir-Fry with Rice, and on Friday, October 28, 2022, we will be making Chicken and Dumpling Soup. Once the recipe is finished your lunch will be served. All ingredients will be provided, as well as utensils and necessary cooking instruments.

The sessions are free, but you must RSVP by calling the office at (270) 384-2317 by the Wednesday before each session.
