Pauline Hovious, 86, Elk Horn, KY (1936-2022)

Pauline Hovious of Elk Horn died on Friday, June 10, 2022. She was 86 years old.

A private service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, with burial to follow in Harden Cemetery.


Pauline Hovious of Elk Horn, daughter of the late Howard Hovious and Vernon Burris Hovious Perkins, was born January 24, 1936 in Taylor County, Kentucky.

She is survived by four sons and one daughter: Tony Hovious and wife, Debbie and Rick Hovious and wife, Melissa of Campbellsville, Greg Hovious, Bryan Hovious and Shannon Hovious of Elk Horn; three grandchildren: Brianna Hovious of Campbellsville, Britney Viers of Elk Horn and Brandon Hovious of China; four sisters: Kathy Hovious, Lequita Barnett and Brenda Wilson of Campbellsville and Diane Pittman and husband, Sonny of Marion County; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Pauline was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: David Hovious, Daniel Hovious and Geraldine Tucker.
