Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan shared after the votes were counted, "Results didn’t go the way I wanted, but I’ve said from day 1, I didn’t pray I would win. I prayed that God's will was done. He has bigger and better plans for me. Congratulations to Larry Bryant and I wish him good luck. Thank you to Larry and David for a clean race."
