ACSO: Injury collision on KY92

On Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 9:45pm, the Adair County Sheriff's Office responded to a single vehicle collision on Montpelier Road (KY92).

Upon arrival it was found that Betty Gadberry, age 48, was operating a 2012 Ford Focus when she attempted a right hand turn. The vehicle struck ice, and Gadberry lost control of the vehicle as it left the roadway and struck an earthen embankment.

Gadberry was treated on scene by Adair County EMS, and then transported to TJ Health Columbia for additional treatment.


The collision was investigated by Deputy Derek Padgett.

The Adair County Sheriff's Office, Columbia - Adair County Fire Department, and Adair County EMS were responding agencies.
