Note from Mitzi - new arrival is going to be a girl

A special event was held over the weekend to reveal the gender of the little one on the way who will make Branston a "big brother," and Blake and Makaylee Cowan parents of two!

By Mitzi Bault

We are so happy about getting a baby girl. MaKaylee Cowan is such a good little mother. I wish I could keep Branston more but he is Blake Cowan's son. He is on the go! Some days I can't get out of the bed.

Back in October - a year ago - I was told that I had two weeks to live. It's been a long two weeks. You have to keep going even though you think you can't.

Lots of love from McKinley Lane. 'Nite.
It always seems impossible until it's done.

Soon to become a big brother

2021-10-26 - Columbia, KY - Photo from Mitzi McKinley Bault.
Branston Cowan is about to become a big brother. Family and friends learned in a gender reveal party over the weekend that it's going to be a little sister. He's pictured here wearing his Dad's boots from childhood. A little big, but he got around good in them.
