Helen Wesley Brackett, 92, Liberty, KY (1928-2021) Helen Wesley Brackett of Liberty passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. She was 92 years old. Services will be held privately with Bro. Jimmy Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Springs Cemetery. Born on December 23, 1928, in Casey County, she was the daughter of the late Felin and Ida Bratcher Durham. Helen worked as a nurse for Casey County Hospital for many years. She was known for her hard work. Helen loved gardening. She is survived by her children, Dennis Wesley, of Liberty, Yvonne (Charles) Beam, of Bardstown, and Mary Dean, of Stanford; her sister, Faye Carman, of Cincinnati; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Along with her parents, Helen is preceded in death by her first husband, Pallas Wesley; and her second husband, Charles Brackett.
