LWC Football remains at #3 in recent NAIA football poll

For the third straight poll, the Lindsey Wilson football team remains in the No. 3 spot in the NAIA Football FirstDown PlayBook Top 25 Poll, officials announced on Monday.

The Blue Raiders (6-0, 6-0 Mid-South Conference Bluegrass Division) collect 387 points in this week's poll, falling just on the heels of No. 2 Grand View (Iowa) who gathers 401 points alongside one first-place vote. Defending national champion Morningside (Iowa) remains in the top spot after pulling in 418 points and 17 first-place votes.


Below Lindsey Wilson, Keiser (FL) stays at No. 4 with 349 points while Concordia (MI) rounds out the top five with 347 points.

Fellow MSC Bluegrass Division member Georgetown (KY) resides at No. 16 in the poll.

Lindsey Wilson football returns to Blue Raider Stadium this Friday, as the team will battle Bethel (TN) beginning at 6pmCT.
