Grant confirmed for Adair County 911 upgrades By AC Judge Executive Gale Cowan Adair County Fiscal Court is pleased to announce we have received a grant in the amount of $11,545.08 from Kentucky Office of Homeland Security 911 Services Board. This grant will be used for upgrades to software/hardware of the Solocom 911 phone system. I want to thank Director Jason Upchurch and Deputy Director Danna Burton for all the hard work put in to this paperwork and grant application.
