Sidebottom appointed to state board Gov. Beshear announced a number of appointments to Kentucky Boards and Commissions on Friday, February 19, 2021. Among them was the announcement that he has appointed Paul Sidebottom of Greensburg as a member of the Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting. Sidebottom is the owner of Sidebottom Farm. He shall represent the residents of Green County on the Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting.
