JOY Ministries receives largest gift in its history

The seven-year-old Adair County charitable organization, J.O.Y. Ministries, was pleasantly surprised to receive a $25,000 donation from Seeds of Hope, LLC, based in Russell County. The gift was made official Monday afternoon, November 16, 2020.

Faith Anderson, administrator of the Crisis Resource Center, said she was shocked last week when she opened the mail and saw the check.

J.O.Y. has never received such a large one-time donation. The organization plans to use the gift to fund one of several long-term growth projects that have been discussed.

They send their thanks to Seeds of Hope for this amazing gift and opportunity to grow the ministry!
