EDA to meet Tuesday, 17 Nov 2020

The Adair County Economic Development Authority Board of Directors will hold its November meeting Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 8amCT in the Chamber of Commerce basement meeting area on the corner of Burkesville and Fortune Streets in Columbia.

Bobby Morrison, Chairman, will welcome everyone and call the meeting to order. The agenda follows:

Determination of a Quorum

Approval of Minutes as presented - Kenzie Rowe, Secretary

Approval of Treasurer's Report as presented - Roger Meadows, Treasurer

Business:

1. Road project, crops harvested, bonds, Notice to proceed (180 days October 9-May 8)

2. Is it feasible to authorize me to sign payments authorized by engineers?

3. TC Energy updated easement and compensation decision.

4. Land lease update, advertising, bid documents and dates

5. Website review and update (Doyle Lloyd and Heather Spoon)
