Here name here is attached to a personal story of accomplishment that is an inspiration to all who know her. We share her story, with permission, and give her our congratulations! - LW Gola writes: "If you want to get healthy you can. It takes will power and wanting to do it for yourself, you can’t do it for your husband or family - you have to do it for yourself. Many times I wanted to get healthy for everyone around me but myself - and it didn’t work. "I’m embarrassed with the picture on the left [accompanying this story] because I was at my heaviest. I was a size 28 in pants and a 4x and 5x top. "Today I’m a size 12 in pants and Large and Xl shirts. "I don’t eat all the junk that I did before and I’m no longer on a sugar pill or blood pressure medicine. "I still have a long ways to go to get my health were I want it. "I’ve lost 112 pounds since November 2019. I’m not going to say it’s been easy because it hasn’t been, but I would do it all over again. This is my new way of life and I love it.
