Deadline to request an absentee ballot is Friday If you want to vote absentee in the upcoming General Election, you have only today and tomorrow to request your ballot by mail. Any Kentuckians who is concerned about in-person voting due to the coronavirus can request an absentee ballot for the 2020 General Election. There are two ways to request an absentee ballot:
