New Concord Road, Adair County, closing for tile replacement Update, 10:46amCT: The Adair Co. Judge Executive's Office sends word that New Concord Road is now open again. New Concord Road (around the 1200 block) will be temporarily closed to through traffic this morning beginning around 9amCT Monday, September 21, 2020, for a tile replacement.
