Eight vehicles on fire at Taylor Recycle Friday

Campbellsville Fire Rescue was dispatched to a report of multiple cars on fire at the Taylor County Recycle Friday evening, September 11, 2020.

Upon arrival firefighters found two separate fires. One was a single vehicle on fire fully involved, the other fire was seven vehicles all fully involved.



The junk vehicles already have been crushed and were going to be placed on the transport vehicle. The vehicle fires were extinguished and provided overall to eight vehicles in the original fire area. There were no civilian nor firefighter injuries reported.
