ACSO: Russell Co. man arrested on felony meth charges By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at 12:18amCT, Adair County Sheriff's Deputy Joey Keith initiated a traffic stop on KY 55 for a moving equipment violation. During the stop Deputy Keith developed probable cause to suspect the presence of illegal narcotics in the vehicle.
