Cecil Luster, 80, Middleburg, KY (1939-2020) Cecil Forest Luster of Middleburg passed away on Thursday August 13th, 2020 at his residence. He was 80 years old. Funeral Services will be held at 2pmET on Monday, August 17, 2020, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY. Bro. Greg Lockard officiating. Burial will be in the Middleburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6pmET until 9pmET on Sunday, August 16, 2020, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. For the health and respect of the family please follow all rules for social distancing. Due to State Mandate: Masks will be required for the funeral and visitation. He was born in Middleburg, KY on November 2nd, 1939 a son of the late C.T. and Elenora Ellis Luster. Cecil was a retired employee of the Casey County Road Department, a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of New Salem Baptist Church. Survivors include: His Spouse: Sherry Brackett Luster, Six Children: Cecilia Noe of Middleburg, KY, Roxanna and (Dean) Coffey of McKinney, KY, Lisa Hogue and (Jim) of McKinney, KY, Chuck and (Sandra) Allen of Hustonville, KY, Tamara and (Buddy) Tate of Lebanon, KY and Cecil Wayne and (Mandy) Rowland of Eubank, KY, Fourteen Grandchildren, Twelve Great Grandchildren and Two Sisters: Lillian Randolph of Goshen, OH and Ada Faye Salyers of Middleburg, KY. Preceding him in death besides his parents was One Grandchild and One Sister: Helen Harville. Bartle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
