Board of Elections certifies Primary

2020-07-01 - Columbia - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer, standing, and Board of Elections members met in the records room of the Courthouse Annex Tuesday, June 30, 2020 to certify the Primary Election results. With her are, from left, Sheila Blair, Ricky Collins and Vicky Pike. Sheriff Josh Brockman was with them for the certification but had to leave before the photo. After the official procedures, sighs of relief could be heard - no vacations they said, since there is much to catch up on from days when the election and voting was spread out over the whole month of June because of the pandemic. All hope that health can prevail and the November General Election can proceed as normal.
