ACMS honors eighth graders with completion materials

From Principal Alma Rich, Adair County Middle School

We had 188 ACMS eighth graders getting their official completion records making them ready for the next steps in their education. The year of changes due to COVID-19 Pandemic caused traditional year end ceremonies to be cancelled and we had drive-through event so students could have their papers and awards.

We had several with 90 or above in all subjects. Some special awards include: Perfect Attendance for the year went to Wesson Burton, Aaron Coblantz, Jakeb Lacy, and Carter White. Wesson and Jakeb had perfect attendance all three years at ACMS.

Citizenship Awards went to Jakeb Lacy and Hope Wall

Principal Awards went to Braylon Breeze and Gracie Wilson.

We also had two chrome books donated by Hood Lodge 839. In the drawing for everyone that had turned in their NTI work on time, the winners of the chrome books were Leah Keith (6th grade) and Lane Grant (8th grade).
