Letter: Outside dining area at Happy Cow Vonnie Kolbenschlag writes: This is a great idea as a way to eat outside. I've seen this done other places with the addition on the outside of the enclosure of large containers with fairly tall evergreens. This gives privacy and an added sense of being outside in a garden setting instead of in a parking lot. --VonnieComments re: New outdoor dining space in New Columbia This story was posted on 2020-05-30 12:51:48
