ACMS SBDM Council Parent nominations

The Adair County Middle School SBDM Council Parent nominations will be open from April 30 through May 14, 2020. Nomination forms can be emailed or faxed to interested parents of ACMS students by contacting arrowspto@gmail.com or President of PTO-Aaron Labarge.

Forms can also be picked up at Adair County Middle School, 322 General John Adair Dr, Columbia, KY, from 9amCT to 3pmCT, or printed from the school web page.

The forms then are to be returned to Arrows PTO through fax, email, or by mailing to ACMS PTO, 322 General John Adair Drive, Columbia, KY 42728.

The SBDM Election will be held on May 19 2020, via Survey Monkey.
