James Junior Graham, 54, Cumberland County, KY

James Junior Graham of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Monday April 20, 2020, having attained the age of 54 years, 1 month and 17 days. He was born in Burkesville Thursday, February 3, 1966, the son of James Howard and Linda (Cary) Graham Spears Phillips. He was of the Baptist Faith and a foreman in the concrete construction industry.

As ordered by the Governor of Kentucky, and in accordance with the CDC guidelines, all services are private, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.



In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his step-fathers, Marvin Spears, Johnny Phillips, his step-brother, Kenny Spears and his step-mother, Linda Graham.

He is survived by his mother, Linda (Cary) Graham Spears Phillips of Burkesville, Kentucky, his wife, Minnie Jo Johnston Graham of Burkesville, Kentucky, his children, Melissa Lee (and Brian) Franklin of Burkesville, Kentucky, Heather Marie Graham (and Justin Sloan) of Bowling Green, Kentucky, his step-son, Kyle Douglas Dugard of Burkesville, Kentucky, his siblings, Timmy Graham (and special friend) Annie Blakely of Burkesville, Kentucky, Tina Graham of Burkesville, Kentucky, half-sister, Amanda (and Rodney) Meadows of Glasgow, Kentucky, step-brothers, Mark (and Pam) White of Glasgow, Kentucky, Allen (and Teresa) White of Glasgow, Kentucky, step-sister, Melinda (and Frankie) Grubb of Glasgow, Kentucky, his grandchildren, Summer Nikole Piercy, Lillie Michelle Thurman, Makenzie Grace Piercy, Lane Austin Franklin, Kaylen Lorine Franklin, Shaylee Marie Franklin, Kairi Lynn Sloan, Brennen Walter Dugard, nieces and nephews, Clay Graham, Ellie Mae Graham, Kaddie Staley, Melanie Arms and Candice Shaw, plus a host of other relatives and many friends.

Norris-New Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
