ACSO: Woman arrested on felony drug, fugitive charges

On Sunday, April 19, 2020, at 11:17pmCT, Adair County Sheriff's Deputy Joey Keith and K-9 Deputy Josh Durbin initiated a traffic stop on a 2001 Pontiac off of Campbellsville Road.

Roadside investigation resulted in the suspicion of illegal narcotics being present in the vehicle. K-9 Nitro was implemented, and indicated a positive hit for narcotics in the vehicle.

A search of vehicle was conducted, and as a result methamphetamine was located along with marijuana.



It was also found that passenger Angela Gullet was using an alias as Angela Brooks. Angela was entered as a wanted fugitive from Marion County, Indiana, with confirmed extradition.

Angela Gullett (a/k/a Brooks), age 41, was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on charges of:
  • 1- Fleeing Fugitive from another state
  • 2- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree methamphetamine
  • 3- Possession of Marijuana
  • 4- Tampering with physical evidence
