Abe Cross says take the LWC gym home with you

Muscles don't start to atrophy until ten days from your last workout, according to Abe Cross, the Director of the Lindsey Wilson Health and Wellness Center, so he advises everyone to just keep going in your home.

"Continue your fitness journey despite the temporary closure of the HWC due to the Coronavirus," he says, "you still can be fit at home without any equipment! Take care and stay safe."

His staff is creating videos that use popular household items to replace weights and weight equipment.

The first video has been uploaded to YouTube at this link to help students, faculty, staff and the community going.

All of the videos will also be posted on all LWC social media accounts (Facebook - Lindsey Wilson College - Campus Recreation, Instagram & Twitter @lwccampusrec). Campus Recreation, 270-384-7381.
