CAUD: Lobby closed, drive thru open, phone/web encouraged

From Jennifer Carter, Office Manager
Columbia/Adair Utilities District

Columbia/Adair Utilities District is monitoring the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Our priority is the health of our employees, customers, and our community. However, we know the water and sewer services we provide remain critical for the whole community.

We take very seriously the continuity of business operations, so our office lobby is closed to the public, salesmen and customers.

Our drive thru is open and we urge you to make your payments by telephone, through our website, www.caud.net or using our drive thru.

If you need to have services turned on or schedule a meter set then please use our drive thru. If you need to have services disconnected please call our office.

Our water treatment plant and wastewater plant will be closed to the public and salesmen.

We will continue to prepare for the impacts of COVID-19 and we will continue to actively review and update our business continuity plan to address the ever-changing nature of this situation. We are considering all options to help maintain operations and provide uninterrupted service to members.
