Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 4 Mar 2020

Indictments brought against 3 individuals from Greensburg, Mount Sherman, and Campbellsville, KY, on charges including possession and assault.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 4 March 2020:

Christopher A. Thompson, Bloyds Bluff Rd., Mount Sherman, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00002. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Count 2 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 3 - Obstructed vision and/or windshield. Count 4 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 5 - No rear-view mirror. Count 6 - No brake lights. Bond set at $2,500/10%.

James B. Miller, Clover Lick Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00003. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $10,000/10%.

David B. Whitlock, Zoe Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 20-CR-00004. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Entry on land to shoot/hunt/fish/trap without consent, 1st offense. Bond set at $2,500.
