Spring forward March 8, 2020 Daylight Savings time will begin on March 8, 2020. In the U.S., daylight saving time starts on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November, with the time changes taking place at 2:00 a.m. local time. An entire movement has been organized in support of the legalization of using Daylight Saving Time as the year-round clock option.
