Clearing skies today after icy start, high 40F

It's currently 29F at the Adair County Mesonet station. Today will start out mostly cloudy and icy, with gradually clearing skies and a high near 40F. West wind 9 to 15 mph.

Tonight will bring increasing clouds, with a 20 percent chance of snow showers after 2amCT. The overnight low will be around 30F, with southwest wind 5 to 7 mph.

On Friday morning, there's a 30 percent chance of snow/wintry mix, transitioning to rain by around 9amCT. Otherwise, it will be cloudy, with a high near 46F. West wind 6 to 11 mph.

Friday night will be mostly cloudy, with a 30 percent chance of rain or snow through about MidnightCT, and a low around 23F. Northwest wind 3 to 7 mph.
