LWC Men's Track & Field Competes at UIndy Team Invite By Brady Budke Indianapolis, IN - The Lindsey Wilson men's track & field team competed at the UIndy Team Invitational today in Indianapolis, Indiana. Blue Raider student-athlete Caleb Watson went solo for the men's team today to the DePauw Indoor Invitational in Greencastle, Indiana. Watson rolled in a fourth-place finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:00.63 at the Hollensteiner Track. In Indianapolis, Rayne Jones-Foster prevailed as one of the top Blue Raider competitors. The freshman landed a third-place finish in the triple jump with a leap of 13.38 meters. Isaiah Dyer added an eighth-place finish in the event with a jump up 12.05 meters. In the long jump, Jones-Foster added another third-place finish with a jump of 6.23 meters. Dyer finished the long jump in seventh-place with a jump of 5.99 meters. In the 3,000-meter run, Levi Owens grabbed a third-place finish with a time of 8:50.87. Jaylun Wallace notched a fifth-place finish for the Blue Raiders in the 200-meter dash with a finishing time of 22.99. Airese Council grabbed 41st place in the event at 25.57. Council went on to finish in 32nd place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 57.74. In the Pole Vault, Cameron Harris leaped his way to a ninth-place finish with a finishing height of 2.97 meters. Noah Brown recorded a 10th place finish in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:04.85. Austin Mattingly added a 21st place finish in the event with a finishing time of 2:09.88. In the One Mile run, Jordan Tucker garnered a 14th place finish with a time of 4:43.68. Mason Stogsdill finished the race in 29th place for the Blue Raiders at 5:13.31. Timothy Higgs threw his way to a 14th place mark in Weight Throw with a launch of 12.75 meters. Andrew Cronk finished the event in 28th place at 9.29 meters. The Shot Put saw Austin Campbell finish in 15th place with a mark of 12.35 meters. Cronk grabbed a 31st place finish for LWC in the event with a throw of 9.39 meters.
