Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 11 Feb 2020 Indictments brought against 11 individuals from Columbia, Gradyville, Campbellsville, Summersville, and Russell Springs, KY on charges including possession, false statements, promoting contraband, theft, DUI, forgery, and receiving stolen property. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 11 February 2020:
