Bittersweet goodbye as David Jones retires By Donna Grant Today was a bittersweet day for Adair County School Bus Drivers and Maintenance employees. David Jones, Adair Co. Schools Transportation/Maintenance Director, cooked for for his employees one last time. With today being the last day of school for Adair County Schools until January 6, 2020, David provided lunch for everyone. On December 30, 2019 David will retire. His plans are to continue his business as a Crappie Fishing Guide and spend more time with his family. David also said he would now have extra time to cook on the his new grill he got today.
