CPD: Suspicious Person Arrest By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department Early Sunday morning, December 15, 2019, just after 4amCT, Columbia Police Department officers were dispatched to a suspicious person call in the Crestview subdivision off of Rice Drive. Upon making contact with a female dressed in black and walking barefoot, responding officers determined the subject was intoxicated. While attempting to place subject into custody, the party began to flee on foot before quickly being apprehended and arrested by responding officers. Candace Hough, 34, of Glasgow was charged with public intoxication, criminal trespassing, fleeing and evading on foot, and disorderly conduct. Officer Adam Cravens was the arresting Officer.
