Lane Kelsay is Team Kentucky poster contest winner From the Office of Superintendent Congratulations to Lane Kelsay from Adair County Elementary School for winning the "Ages 10-13" category in the Team Kentucky poster contest. Students were asked to design a poster to increase awareness about the common goals that unite us as Kentuckians and what we can accomplish when we come together as one team. A panel of judges, including First Lady Britainy Beshear, selected the winners. The winning posters were on display in the Capital during the inauguration and remain currently on display.
